Simulation Environment

VoxOps is a demonstration platform showcasing AI voice agent capabilities. All data used within the demo scenarios is simulated and fictional. No real personal information (PII), protected health information (PHI), or actual business data is processed.

Audio Processing

During live demo sessions, audio is processed in real-time using OpenAI's Realtime API. Audio data is:

• Transmitted securely via encrypted WebSocket connections
• Processed ephemerally for the duration of the session
• Not stored persistently by VoxOps or retained after the session ends

Analytics

We use analytics to understand how visitors interact with the demo. This includes:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Demo scenario selections
• Session duration and engagement metrics

No audio content or conversation transcripts are captured by analytics.

Contact Information

If you submit your contact information through the lead capture form, this data is used solely to follow up regarding VoxOps products and services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Demo session data (transcripts, timelines) is stored temporarily to enable results viewing and PDF export. This data is automatically purged after 24 hours.
